When you select a handbag from our collection, you are engaging with a system built on honest timelines and straightforward procedures. This document details how we move your chosen item from our hands to yours, ensuring you remain informed at every stage of the journey.

Delivery Timelines and Expectations

We follow a systematic approach to fulfilling your requests. Once you place an order on our platform, our team begins the preparation process. This internal handling and quality check phase requires2 business days. After this, the physical transit across the city takes up to 5 business days.

Though we strive to deliver the products as soon as possible, each order goes through a thoughtful preparation process before dispatch. We maintain this schedule to ensure every handbag is handled with the attention it deserves before it reaches its new home.

Transparent Costs and COD Payments

We believe that the price you see should be the price you pay. Transparency is a core value of our business, which is why we do not apply any hidden fees or unexpected surcharges for our delivery services. To further simplify the experience for every resident inSingapore, we utilise aCash on Delivery (COD) payment model.

This allows you to inspect the external packaging and finalise the transaction only when the courier reaches your designated address. This traditional yet secure method ensures that you feel confident in the physical arrival of your goods.

Privacy and Data Handling

In alignment with thePersonal Data Protection Act (PDPA) ofSingapore, we manage your delivery details with high standards of security. Your name, phone number, and physical address are utilised exclusively for the purpose of completing the transit of your handbag.

We do not share these details with outside entities for their independent use. Our commitment to thePDPA ensures that your personal information is protected throughout the entire logistics chain, from our facility to your doorstep.

Cancellations and Mid-Transit Changes

We understand that circumstances can shift during the7-day window. You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time while the handbag remains in our possession at our local centre. However, once the item is handed over to our shipping partners and leaves our facility, the cancellation period ends.

At this stage, the delivery is considered active and cannot be halted. If you still wish to return the item after it reaches you, our standard 30-day return and exchange policy will then become available.

Service Boundaries and Logistics Details

Delivery Coverage Presompouch proudly serves the majority ofSingapore. However, please note that our current delivery network excludes certain restricted zones. At this time, we do not facilitate deliveries to:

  • Jurong Island
  • Restricted Areas (e.g., ALPS, military bases, and shipyard zones)
  • Offshore Islands (e.g., Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong)
  • P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers

Defining Our Business Days To help you plan for your arrival, please note that "Business Days" refer to Monday through Friday. This timeline excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and all Singapore Public Holidays. Orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend will begin their2-day preparation phase on the following Monday.

Accountability for Returns

If you choose to initiate a return or exchange within30 days of delivery, we take full responsibility for the logistics. Presompouch handles the coordination and costs associated with returning the item to our centre.

Should a refund be necessary, we perform a thorough inspection of the returned bag within24-48 hours of its arrival. Once approved, the funds are sent via bank transfer, reflecting in your account within5-7 business days.
